Xi’an: once the Capital cities of many Dynasties and emperors. The fist emperor
was buried with thousands of live-sized hand-molded soldiers, which has become the great symbol of
China’s history. 

Guilin: the place to be for traditional landscape of China as in Chinese paintings. You will find
there lots of different shapes of Karst Mountains, rivers, and beautiful views. 

Yangshuo: is a city surrounded
by Karst peaks and mountains, situated nearby Guilin. Magnificent views of rice fields and nature. 

Shanghai:
largest and most modern city of the world. The architecture of Shanghai was enriched by French, British, and
Dutch influences. 

Suzhou: a city about 100km northwest of Shanghai, known as Venice of China with
canals, bridges, and classical gardens. Suzhou is one of the most famous water townships in China. 

Hangzhou:
is one of the seven ancient capitals of China. It is famous for its natural beauty and historical and cultural
heritage of more than 60 cultural relic sites, separating Shanghai and Ningbo.

For centuries the Silk Road was the thread that linked east and west. From as early as 200BC the silk merchants of Xi’an, China’s ancient capital, set off with their camel caravans on the long trek to distant Constantinople. They skirted the Gobi and the ferocious Taklamakan deserts, and crossed ‘the Roof of the World’, over the Pamirs and the Karakorams. This tour allows you to follow in their footsteps, to trace the legendary route taken by Marco Polo from west to east, with the inclusion of exotic places like Xiahe, and the dramatically-located fortified town of Jiayuguan. This outstanding expedition along the northern path of the Silk Road features Central Asia’s most historic, dramatic and splendid scenery. Conditions of travel have improved since the Italian’s day, but in some of the more remote places, where accommodation is comfortable but simple, a spirit of adventure is required. v

Distance from Beijing to Xi’an is 1200km. Xi’an was once known as Chang’an in ancient times,
meaning Eternal Peace and was home to the Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang Dynasties. (Capital city of 13
different Chinese dynasties). The fist China emperor, Qin Shi Huang buried with thousands of life sized hand-molded figures, known as Bingmayong, the Terra Cotta Army. This is the most famous
sight-seeing of Xi’an, which has become an international symbol of China’s history. Xi’an is situated in
the central China providing crossroads for many cultures, cuisines, and the end of the Silk Road.
