Visa application process

Visa application procedures for China:

• Fill in the application form (www.visaforchina.cn - The Hague - Express Entry Visa)
• Make an appointment to enter fingerprints (if you need to apply for multiple entries within 2 years)
• Please bring all the materials with you and go to The Hague to submit the materials and enter your fingerprints After submitting the materials,
• You will receive a collection form and get your passport back according to the date on it.

visa processing fee: 120 euros per person (to apply for multiple entries for 2 years, you need to submit materials in person and enter fingerprints)

The following are the materials required for Q2 family visit visa. All materials are indispensable. If incomplete, the application will not be accepted.

1. Fill out the application form online and print and sign it

2. Copy of applicant’s passport

3. Copy of the old Chinese visa (Chinese applying for a visa for the first time must provide a copy of the canceled Chinese passport)

4. Invitation letter from Chinese relatives (must include applicant’s passport information, reason for going to China, family relationship, personal information of the inviter, contact information, signature, date)

5. Copies of the front and back of the inviter’s Chinese ID card

6. Minors under 18 years old need to provide a birth certificate, a statement from both parents agreeing to the child’s travel and a copy of the parent’s passport
